Enterprise IT solutions — frequently asked questions
What enterprise IT projects do you deliver?
We deliver fixed-scope enterprise IT projects across BC, Alberta, and Ontario including Azure cloud migrations, cybersecurity assessments and CIS-baseline gap analysis, Microsoft 365 security hardening sprints, network redesign and SD-WAN deployments, disaster recovery modernization, and infrastructure assessments. All projects are delivered with fixed fees, clear scope, and 48-hour proposal turnaround.
How do you price enterprise projects?
All enterprise engagements are fixed-fee — you know the total cost before we start. We provide a detailed proposal within 48 hours of a scoping call that includes scope of work, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities matrix, and total investment. There are no hourly billing surprises or scope creep charges. If the project scope changes materially, we discuss and agree a change order before proceeding.
Can you deliver projects outside of BC?
Yes — we deliver enterprise IT projects across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario using a remote-first model. Many project activities can be completed without onsite presence. For organizations in Greater Vancouver, onsite work is scheduled based on project requirements, urgency, and availability. For Alberta and Ontario engagements, we coordinate appropriate onsite resources when physical presence is required.
What is a CIS-baseline cybersecurity assessment?
The CIS Critical Security Controls are a prescriptive, prioritized set of security best practices. A CIS-based assessment reviews the controls and safeguards included in the agreed scope, identifies gaps, and prioritizes remediation. The results can support governance, insurance discussions, and compliance work, but they do not by themselves certify compliance or guarantee insurer acceptance.
