Enterprise IT solutions — frequently asked questions
What enterprise IT projects do you deliver?
For organizations in Greater Vancouver, we deliver fixed-scope enterprise IT projects including Azure cloud migrations, cybersecurity assessments, Microsoft 365 hardening, network redesign, disaster recovery modernization, and infrastructure assessments. In Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto, our offering is limited to enterprise cybersecurity solutions and defined security projects.
How do you price enterprise projects?
All enterprise engagements are fixed-fee — you know the total cost before we start. We provide a detailed proposal within 48 hours of a scoping call that includes scope of work, timeline, deliverables, responsibilities matrix, and total investment. There are no hourly billing surprises or scope creep charges. If the project scope changes materially, we discuss and agree a change order before proceeding.
What services do you deliver outside Metro Vancouver?
Our full enterprise IT project services are focused on Greater Vancouver. For organizations in Victoria, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto, we provide enterprise cybersecurity solutions only through a remote-first model, with onsite security-project coordination considered when scope and availability support it.
What is a CIS-baseline cybersecurity assessment?
The CIS Critical Security Controls are a prescriptive, prioritized set of security best practices. A CIS-based assessment reviews the controls and safeguards included in the agreed scope, identifies gaps, and prioritizes remediation. The results can support governance, insurance discussions, and compliance work, but they do not by themselves certify compliance or guarantee insurer acceptance.
